River of Willows Events

We love creating and we love people! That’s why we love combining those together at River of Willows events. There are lots of options to choose from including social gatherings and creative intensives to further grow spiritually and artistically.

Monthly Gatherings

Join us for our monthly morning coffee gatherings. A River of Willows artist will present each month on how God is connecting with them through art. Participants will share a few discussion questions and tactile ways to grow in their own faith and creativity.

Monthly Journals

Think of our monthly journal events as journaling with all the creative materials in your toolbox instead of just a pen. Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words and art experiences can help those thoughts and words come to the surface. Join us for these small group creative experiences where we heal and connect to God.

Online Journal Experiences

This online experience is similar to our monthly journals, but individuals or groups will participate in a live call with a River of Willows leader in the comfort of their own space. Materials will be sent ahead of time for the experience. The group will select the theme of the art journaling experience (identity, grief, knowing God’s voice, etc.).

Summer Intensives

Apply for week-long intensives to grow further in your artistic expression and who God has called you to be as a creative. Choose from several focuses including songwriting, creative writing, painting, photography, and more.
